Apparently there are pcbs in Irish pork and beef because of contaminated feed. why are these chemicals not highly illegal? Every so often we get a food scare; bse, foot and mouth and now pcbs. It seems that we can no longer trust the food industry. They maximise their profits by cutting costs and using unsafe additives and preservitives. We need to become self sufficient as we can no longer trust strangers to farm our food for us.
